Secretary Cai Hua invited to make a speech on Industry Transfer Negotiation on the Yangtze River Delta(Ningbo)

In the afternoon of Aug.10, the 3rd meeting of Zhejiang Provincial Zhejiang Merchants Capital Investment Promotion Association has been held in Hangzhou. Shou Sheng Nian, Standing Vice Chairman of our association (former Standing Vice Dean of Zhejiang Senior People’s Court),Yu Yi Hao, Vice Chairman, Fang Zhe Lai, Vice Chairman, Cai Hua, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General, Fan Guo Feng, Feng Ji Fu, Shen Yan Yang, Chairmen of Presidium, Mao Xiang Xian, Zhang Xu Dong, Zhu Jun Hua, Vice Secretary-General, have all participated this meeting. Cai Hua, Secretary-General, has delivered a work report. All participants have fully ratified the remarkable achievements of this association and network in such a short time, and also held a heated and thorough debate on the several topics.

As an important topic for this meeting, all participates have agreed that, establishment of this Legal Rights Protection Committee can provide all members with the law consultation service, it’s an important method to protect the legal rights based on the service of information matchmaking and utilizing all association resources, expanding the service range, and eliminating the troubles and confusion.

Cai Hua，the Secretary-General, thinks that, in his nearly 10 years’ experience in close contact and communication with the entrepreneurs, many entrepreneurs have encountered the legal issues, so as to cause the rapid failure of the enterprises during the operation, or making the "investment" into a money "waste", money "throw-away", and so on because the local government or some local power making trouble. Before the association was born, usually, all people have no other ways out except giving some sympathy. But now, we have the legal entity to protect the rights and interests of all members’ investment in outside land, which has achieved some very good results. However, the services in the legal rights protection are still blank, while the issues on members’ rights have occurred, there are still a lot we can’t help. But the establishment of the Legal Right Protection Association can improve the service dramatically, meanwhile, the capacity of the association can be enhanced.

Shou Sheng Nian, Standing Vice Chairman of our association has joined multi-research meetings with all participants, then presented a confirmation that the service of legal rights protection is a good deeds which can take advantage of the association resources, and offer the excellent services for the members thus to realize the multi-win goals. He would manage all daily work in this committee in person. With the aim of “troubleshooting, safe-escorting for all members”, and based on the standards of “Morality, Reputation, Influence”, all solid and relative work can be carried out.

The meeting also has an active and productive discussion on how to strengthen the association organization construction, optimize the resources so as to offer the best matchmaking service for all members.
